Catherine XXY belongs to the small minority of people with more than one X and one Y chromosome. She therefore combines male and female characteristics. This does not necessarily make life easier. Katharina has made a clear decision and stands by her transsexuality, although her psyche is clearly female. She is pre-op, which is a special attraction for guests who find transgender people sexually attractive.
